Head of Active Support Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the operational implementation of our Advancing Active Support Plan with integrity and fidelity.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business outcomes and improving the quality of life of people with intellectual disability who choose us as their service provider.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Active Support and Frontline Practice Leadership, and be able to partner with and provide direction to key leaders to implement the Advancing Active Support Plan with fidelity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the operational implementation of the Life Without Barriers' Advancing Active Support Plan
  • Partnering with and providing direction to key leaders to implement the Advancing Active Support Plan with fidelity
  • Providing expert guidance on Active Support benefits, requirements, and implementation

  • Expertise in Active Support and Frontline Practice Leadership
