Lead Disability Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee the delivery of innovative, transformational quality services to people with disabilities, their families and carers.

The successful candidate will work closely with other senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and commitment to best practice standards.

The role involves providing strong leadership in building, implementing and operating services and programs for people with a disability. This highly valued position requires an enthusiastic individual who has:

  • Experience in leading a successful division or business function within the community sector, ideally within NDIS.
  • Expertise in managing disability support services, including home and community support service programs.
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality services in a competitive environment.
  • Knowledge and exposure to NDIS and other funding models, and a sound understanding of relevant legislations and acts pertaining to individuals with disabilities.

A key aspect of this role is working in a meaningful way to create and deliver support and services that make a tangible difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
