Senior Service Leader

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Lucas Heights service location. We are recruiting a Senior Service Leader. At TASK we strive to create joyful, secure, and inclusive environments where children flourish outside school hours. This is a permanent, full-time Senior Service Leader role offering 38 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons and opportunities for block shifts, Monday to Friday. You'll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top-tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a team of dedicated Educators and Service Leaders within the region.
• Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.
• Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Working closely with our local Services Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
• A fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.

Service Location: Lucas Heights Community School OOSH (located in Sydney's South West)

You're a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:

• Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus).
• A Certificate III (or higher) in Children's Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
• A commitment to putting children and families first.
• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
