We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounts Officer to join our team at HOBAN. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payroll processing.

Salary: $33 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience) - equivalent to $72,000 - $87,200 per annum for a 37.5-hour workweek.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing frontline customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for processing payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using CHRIS21, conducting data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone or email.
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently using CHRIS21.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CHRIS21 or a similar payroll/accounting system.
  • Strong data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Previous experience in frontline customer service, contact center operations, and payroll administration is an advantage.
