Opportunity for a Skilled Bookkeeper

Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Adelaide. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate directly with clients, utilise your skills and expertise to make their businesses more successful.

As a Bookkeeper at Kaleidoscope Legal Recruitment, you will be responsible for direct interaction with clients, including but not limited to:

  • Providing training on new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration of data from other platforms.
  • Assisting with client queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Setting up new accounting files, managing creditors and debtor invoicing.
  • Completion of bank reconciliations and BAS / IAS statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ongoing day-to-day bookkeeping for existing clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Payroll processing and reconciliation, including superannuation and RTWSA.
  • Reporting requirements based on individual client needs, delivering tailored solutions.

About You

  • Prior experience providing bookkeeping services to multiple clients, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
  • Sound knowledge of a wide range of accounting software programs, including MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks.
  • Xero advisor and MYOB-certified, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, utilising tools to enhance productivity.
