About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Elders, a leading Australian agribusiness with over 185 years of experience in the agricultural sector.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive remuneration package, including a salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus annual bonuses and excellent work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process High-Volume Payroll: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high-volume end-to-end payroll for circa 3500 employees fortnightly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage Payroll Data: Enter and maintain all payroll data in C21, process new starters, terminations, and redundancy payments, and interpret and advise on payroll-related acts, awards, agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries related to payroll, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Superannuation Payments: Manage superannuation payments, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Payroll Experience: Previous experience processing high-volume end-to-end payroll is essential.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Established understanding of payroll and relevant legislation, including awards, agreements, policies, and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and action-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
