This role will provide procurement advice, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and lead procurement projects on behalf of Anglicare. You will be responsible for delivering operational procurement activities, including tendering, ordering, training, generating reports, contract management, motor vehicle fleet management, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure the preferred supplier register is updated and accurate.
  • Provide professional procurement advice and services to stakeholders, based on their business objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure contracts Anglicare departments have in place are captured in a central location and are accessible to the business at any time.
  • Support the procurement team in the management of all vendor contracts in consultation with the Legal team.
  • Ensure Anglicare contracts are updated as required and our business units are informed when renewal is required.
  • Coordinate Motor Vehicle Fleet enquiries for staff and internal departments when required.
  • Provide accurate reports to the Procurement Manager as requested.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in medium to large organisations contract management disciplines and systems.
  • Demonstrated 4 years' experience in vendor management.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in medium to large organisations where systems are used to maintain supplier product information for internal or external purchasing.
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic purchasing systems or any other product management systems.
