At Valvoline Global Operations, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to join our team in Baulkham Hills.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, training, and quality execution of the ANZ Bid Management Process across all channels. This will involve leading or coordinating major tenders, including tender writing, and managing new business transitions for the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Strategic Account Team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain expertise on the entire ANZ business offer, ensuring alignment with customer needs across all segments
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and training of Valvoline's Bid Management process, including schedules for contracts, bids, and tenders
  • Evaluate sales performance, conduct data analysis, research potential new business opportunities, and drive the business review process for key accounts
  • Project manage major bids by coordinating and supporting the OEM and Strategic Accounts Team, including internal workshops, tender writing, and bid submissions
  • Manage Valvoline/client transitions for major new business accounts
  • Develop, implement, and enhance a business-wide tender/bid tracking document
  • Represent the Sales team on the ANZ Product Strategy Team, collaborating with Marketing, Technical, and Supply to influence and drive future product and service offerings

Requirements:



  • 5-10 years of relevant industry experience with technical knowledge across segments, particularly in Industrial, Transport, OEM LD and HD, Car and Truck Dealers
  • Minimum 5 years of bid management experience
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent business acumen and attention to detail
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, highly regarded
