Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and drive revenue growth across key segments and verticals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to address complex client issues in the customer care domain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet sales targets.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management throughout all sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure new business and maximize Probe Group's value.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales performance in the APAC region.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the BPO procurement process and BPO requirements in specific market segments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude with an unyielding passion for success.
