Customer Support Specialist to Payment Methods

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on payment methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences by resolving technical issues and improving payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests from ticketing tools, analyze and resolve issues within agreed timescales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and support specialists, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer technical environments and configurations of payment solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine activities for French, UK, and Spain markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in Linux environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python or Bash, is a plus.
  • Background in payments or retail technology products and services is an asset.
