Job Title: Integration and Technical Product Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded payments enthusiast to join our organization as an Integration and Technical Product Specialist.

The primary point of contact will be responsible for supporting external partners in utilizing our APIs and other integration solutions.

A key responsibility includes resolving queries directly or with the assistance of other internal team members, assisting with partner onboarding, and supporting external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, and functionality options.

Additionally, you will conduct and assist partners with UAT on products and enhancements, develop relationships with integration and other partners, and advocate for new and advanced product enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of APIs and software integration methods, excellent communication skills, and a logical mindset with a can-do attitude.

A minimum of 2 years of payments experience is required, along with a degree or above. Experience in payments, banking, or related industries is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to identify and communicate concepts and solutions between business and technical teams
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives
