Payments Technical Liaison

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded payments professional in the early stages of their career, looking to gain broad experience in customer-facing functions.

The primary point of contact for external partners will be the expert on API integrations for new partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting external software partners with utilizing our APIs and other integration solutions.
  • Undertaking partner briefings, design, rollout, and support of integration solutions, working with various external partners and internal IT teams.
  • Being the first point of contact for external partners and being responsible for resolving their queries directly and/or with the assistance of other internal team members.
  • Assisting with partner onboarding – covering plans, set up, testing, and payment options configuration.
  • Supporting external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, functionality options or challenges.
  • Being an advocate for integration partners and putting forward new and advanced product enhancements.
  • Conducting, and assisting partners with, UAT on products and enhancements.
  • Developing relationships with integration and other partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years Payments experience.
  • Strong logical and technical mindset.
  • Understanding of API and other integration models.
  • Good technical, product, customer success, support, or similar experience required.
  • Desire to work in an agile team with an eagerness to learn and pitch in across multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of technology with the ability to assist in the creation and communication of solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to run with initiatives.
  • Operational and partner account management/relationship skills.
  • Exceptional solution and problem-solving abilities and experience.
  • Experience undertaking user acceptance testing, client implementations, or in operational areas.
  • Proven experience working with various stakeholders to achieve success.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, abilities in identifying and communicating concepts and solutions between business and technical teams. A logical mindset with a can-do attitude is also essential.
