Technical Integration Specialist Role

This is an exceptional career opportunity for a highly skilled payments professional looking to gain broad experience in customer-facing functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external software partners to utilise our APIs and integration solutions effectively.
  • Lead partner briefings, design, deployment and support of integration solutions, working closely with various external partners and internal IT teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and be responsible for resolving their queries directly and/or with the assistance of other internal team members.
  • Assist with partner onboarding – covering plans, setup, testing, and payment options configuration.
  • Provide support to external partners and internal teams on product usage, system configuration, functionality options or challenges.
  • Promote the interests of integration partners and suggest new and advanced product enhancements.
  • Conduct UAT on products and enhancements, also assisting partners with this process.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with integration and other partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong logical and technical mindset, understanding of API and other integration models, and good technical, product, customer success, support or similar experience required.

They should also have excellent solution and problem-solving abilities and experience, as well as operational and partner account management/relationship skills.
