Job Description

A dynamic Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future of payments, delivering innovation to Australia's ecosystem. This position requires strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to bridge business needs and system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, defining and managing scope, and conducting data modeling and mapping. They will be responsible for analyzing stakeholder needs from an end-to-end perspective, engaging clients through facilitation techniques, and providing high-quality business analysis artefacts.

  • Develop detailed analysis and solution designs by identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Model business processes and provide recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Validate systems against requirements, goals, metrics, and targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decisions and actions, resolving problems and implementing engagement plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Expertise in payments technology and the financial industry.
