Infrastructure Specialist Role

The main objective of this position is to oversee and support the IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and contributing to system enhancements and deployments.

  • Managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL clusters, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune services.
  • Utilizing Autotask and Datto RMM (N-central) for client IT environment management.
  • Providing assistance with system upgrades, deployments, and project work.
  • Efficiently troubleshooting and resolving client IT issues.

Key skills required:

  • Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Intune expertise
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in managed service provider environments
  • Familiarity with Datto RMM/N-central/Autotask tools
  • Knowledge of FortiClient and MFA configuration
  • Cloud administration experience in Azure/Intune
