Energy Transition Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development, delivery and implementation of policies and initiatives that support organisational objectives and government commitments related to gas supply adequacy and security in New South Wales.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy policy, economics, engineering or other related fields with experience in leading teams and navigating complex regulatory environments.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and leading a team to shape the role of gas in NSW's transition towards a low-carbon economy
  • Providing strategic advice to senior executives on matters related to gas supply adequacy, infrastructure projects and environmental protection

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in energy, policy, economics, engineering or other related fields
