Job Title: Human Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Human Services Professional to join our team in the Adelaide region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals and families in need, and who has the skills and experience to make a positive impact in the community.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with relevant experience in areas such as employment services, housing, child protection, or substance programs. They will be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

As a Human Services Professional, you will work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services to clients. This may involve conducting assessments, developing service plans, providing counseling and guidance, and connecting clients with community resources.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to clients with various needs, including homelessness, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and family issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on client progress.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in human services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fully qualified driver's license and access to a car.
