Job Title: Human Resources Professional

The role of the HR Business Partner is to work closely with business leaders and line managers to identify and achieve shared organisational objectives.

This requires strong business partnering skills to drive continuous improvement, performance and accountability in the workforce. The HR Business Partner will also lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions within services across designated programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic partnerships with complex clinical programs to provide proactive and strategic HR services
  • Provide coaching and advice on workforce management to leadership teams and line managers
  • Deliver innovative HR solutions to support business objectives

The successful candidate will possess strong business partnering skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.
