Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Scorptec. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with sales orders, quotes, and product recommendations.
- Manage point-of-sale processes and handle stock for customer orders.
- Facilitate store marketing and stock management, in-store displays, and demos.
- Train in different departments to broaden experience and skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or customer service.
- A passion for technology and technical knowledge about IT hardware and PC systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to assist in the operation of the branch.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
