Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical referral and escalation point for claims staff, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Identify trends from customer complaints to improve business outcomes.
- Support the Quality Assurance Framework, providing training and onboarding new staff.
- Manage a portfolio of claims, making commercial decisions that benefit Allianz and the customer.
About You
- Commercial Property or Farm claims experience is mandatory.
- Experience in claims assessment/management within a complex general insurance organization.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or ANZIFF/Industry equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing a claims team at a technical level.
