Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Bras N Things Settlement City store in Port Macquarie.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to use their initiative and provide excellent communication skills. They will be flexible and able to help out during the week, evenings, and weekends.

Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Answer questions proactively and take ownership of solving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
