Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Professional to drive key initiatives across employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

About the Role

  • Support the people strategy by driving HR initiatives
  • Build a strong culture by providing on-ground HR support and fostering engagement
  • Embed performance management and upskill people managers
  • Manage local statutory requirements and investigations
  • Promote wellbeing and DEI initiatives
  • Champion L&D efforts within the organization
  • Facilitate assimilation of new joiners
  • Drive Reward & Recognition initiatives

Key Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliance practices
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions including performance management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital tools
  • Ability to manage HR processes and annual cycles with accuracy
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Holder of Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Experience in designing and implementing reward and recognition frameworks
  • Experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
