Job Title: HR Support Specialist

A dynamic and proactive individual is sought to provide administrative support to the HR team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in basic content planning tools, and have a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in publishing job postings and tracking candidate applications
  2. Help screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review
  3. Support interview scheduling and coordination between applicants and managers
  4. Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents
  5. Draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
  6. Contribute to team engagement activities and virtual events
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, or similar content planning tools
  • Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus
