Human Resources Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This opportunity will suit an HR professional who is eager to develop their business partnering skills in a high-performing, yet supportive environment.

  • Providing strategic support to HR Business Partners as they work closely with client groups to plan and deliver HR solutions that align people with the goals and objectives of the group.
  • Offering expert advice on HR policies and procedures (e.g. annual leave, parental leave).
  • Supporting cyclical events such as remuneration reviews, promotions, and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our HR Centres of Excellence to deploy best practices across the national offices.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a HR role, ideally within a large corporate or professional services environment.
  • Well-developed written communication and strong organisational skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
  • A strong focus on client service and commitment to upholding ethics and confidentiality.
