Role Profile:

This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the Human Resources department, driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational success.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing HR functions within a highly regulated environment and hold relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this role, including providing guidance and resolving team-related issues.

Knowledge of relevant Acts, Awards, and Legislation principles is also required, as well as tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other relevant fields.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives
    • Oversee Industrial Relations and Employee Relations functions
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to managers on HR policies and practices
