Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for providing comprehensive and hands on HR support and advice to the leadership team in the Australian business unit.

The successful candidate will have broad/generalist experience across the HR portfolio, with a genuine interest in the energy sector. They will possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build and maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing recruitment activity;
  • Supporting the leadership team in the understanding and implementation of localised HR policies and procedures;
  • Providing relevant and timely advice on staff remuneration, benefits and promotions, performance management and management of disciplinary and grievance issues;
  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS (Workday);
  • Supporting the leadership team with the annual performance review process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Broad/generalist experience across the HR portfolio;
  • A genuine interest in the energy sector;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities;
  • Previous experience working with Workday (or a comparable system).
