An exciting opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Learning and Organisational Development expert to join our global team. As part of this dynamic group, you will lead key initiatives that support strategic people goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business strategy through tailored interventions that deliver impactful people solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the culture and capabilities required to deliver on the business strategy.
  • Facilitate face-to-face and virtual training interventions.
  • Proactively manage learning and organisational development needs and requests.
  • Establish collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders in HR and across the organisation.
  • Facilitate consultation activities to support workforce changes.
  • Contribute to a culture of service delivery focused on the customer.

About You:

  • Ability to communicate and build strategic partnerships across the business.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Experience in project and change management.
  • Strong ethical foundation and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in HR or relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years experience in Human Resources or Project Management roles.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HR systems and processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
