Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our team at Bass Disability Support Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll processing and employee records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices from clients and suppliers, and manage expense accounts
  • Reconcile all bank accounts on a weekly basis and manage accounts receivable and collections
  • Process payroll, manage leave and entitlements, and make payroll payments and employee superannuation
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including eligibility for leave and entitlements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping to trial balance
  • Experience in Xero Accounting software and Shift Care Software
  • Experience in NDIS invoicing and receipts management, as well as accounting for GST, BAS, and IAS
  • Cert IV in Business or equivalent qualification
  • WWVP Card and National Police Check
