We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Payroll Officer to join our team at Bass Disability Support Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll processing and employee records.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices from clients and suppliers, and manage expense accounts
- Reconcile all bank accounts on a weekly basis and manage accounts receivable and collections
- Process payroll, manage leave and entitlements, and make payroll payments and employee superannuation
- Manage and maintain employee records, including eligibility for leave and entitlements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping to trial balance
- Experience in Xero Accounting software and Shift Care Software
- Experience in NDIS invoicing and receipts management, as well as accounting for GST, BAS, and IAS
- Cert IV in Business or equivalent qualification
- WWVP Card and National Police Check
