Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Adult Critical Care. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a dedicated transfer service, responsible for the transfer of critically ill patients across the South West.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver high-quality transfer care to critically unwell patients
  • Work collaboratively with the local teams to ensure seamless transfer of care
  • Support and mentor new members of the multi-professional team
  • Participate in ongoing education programs and service projects
  • Work shifts including nights, evenings, and weekends, with the occasional potential to overrun

Requirements
