About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transfer practitioner to join our dynamic team in the South West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality transfer care to critically unwell patients across the region.

Working closely with our dedicated 24-hour transfer team, you will provide remote decision-support and coordinate the transfer of patients, ensuring seamless care.

As a Band 6 Transfer Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and management skills, working in partnership with local teams and mentors.

You will also be expected to support and mentor new team members, contributing to ongoing education programmes and service projects.
