Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Transfer Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality transfer care to critically unwell patients across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the specialised care required to transfer critically ill adults.
  • Collaborate with local teams to provide remote support and decision-making.
  • Support and mentor new members of the multi-professional team.
  • Participate in service projects, audit, and research initiatives.
  • Work independently to provide practitioner-delivered transfers of Level 2 and Level 1 patients.

Requirements
  • Must have relevant clinical experience and training.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
