The trust operates a dedicated 24-hour transfer team from each of its operational bases, providing a single point of contact for all adult critical care transfer referrals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a registered critical care practitioner with a strong background in ITU care. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multi-professional team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
