About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced, passionate team at Highgate Group Australia. In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in driving the business forward by developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing clients, and ensuring sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Achieve monthly activity metrics that focus on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough discovery meetings with prospects.
  • Develop, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather and maintain essential customer information within the CRM.
  • Demonstrate a driven and pleasantly persistent attitude, while upholding company core values and standards.
Requirements
  • You are highly motivated by winning.
  • 3 years+ experience selling B2B in the same or similar role.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are an equally great listener.
  • Trustworthy and professional, with a passionate, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Teamwork and collaboration are part of your DNA.
  • You are always empathetic and put yourself in your customer's shoes.
  • You build trust and have a great rapport with your peers and customers.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
