Job Responsibilities

The People and Culture team provides guidance, coaching, support, advice, and feedback to managers across the organisation on every aspect of people, culture, wellbeing, and safety so that everyone grows.

They will play a pivotal role in the development and roll out of significant projects to meet core objectives, including investment into employer of choice strategies with a strong focus on learning and development.

Leadership and Growth

Strong team leadership in line with our core beliefs will be critical to the team's success and capabilities to support the organisation and communities' needs.

We will see the growth and continued development of the People and Culture team in 2023.
