Cultural Ambassador

This is a leadership position based in either Berkeley or Nowra within a community-based organisation undergoing rapid growth and expansion.

As an experienced professional with human resource expertise ideally from within the social services sector you will partner with managers across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Far South regions providing advice and support in all aspects of people culture and safety including employee relations performance management workforce planning recruitment advising managers through change supporting learning and development opportunities management of information systems policies contracts and workplace health & safety.

• Provide expert advice on HR-related matters
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Partner with managers to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement

To succeed in this role you must have generalist HR knowledge and experience as well as a confident empathetic approach to engaging with internal stakeholders. You will be equipped with the skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables across all facets of people culture and safety.
