**About the Role**

CareSouth are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our People and Culture team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the People and Culture Team Leader the successful applicant will be attuned to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A professional, positive self-starter with a can-do attitude is a must for this role.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position;
- Sound knowledge of administrative systems and procedures, and a proficiency with office technology;
- Highly developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced;
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner
- Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment;
- Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members;
- A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to use data management software and generate reports;
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to calmly manage multiple tasks at once.
