Digital Fundraising and Growth Strategist

Role Summary
About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our team, responsible for developing, executing and optimising digital campaigns to acquire, retain and grow supporters and donors across digital channels.
This role drives income generation through targeted online fundraising initiatives, including social media advertising, email marketing, digital lead generation and website optimisation.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated supporter experiences, leveraging data and analytics to drive engaging and insight-led digital campaigns that meet income and engagement targets.
- Strong understanding of key digital metrics and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads and UTM tracking is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent level of experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess passion for digital innovation, be creative, curious and proactive, with excellent communication skills both in writing and in person.
