This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic fundraising and marketing team that partners with incredible charities across Australia.

Job Description:

As a skilled Account Manager, you will have the chance to influence and deliver various campaigns across event fundraising, online campaigns, lead generation, digital strategy, retention, and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients helping to plan, build, and optimise digital campaigns in support of fundraising events and appeals.
  • Be the main point of contact for key clients for digital campaigns.
  • Lead client briefings, coordinate concept development to final execution, oversee implementation across multiple digital channels, and ensure campaign deadlines are met.
  • Work with others on integrated campaigns and take the lead on digital aspects.
  • Provide exceptional client service and nurture existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
  • Excellent project management, time management, numeracy skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build one-on-one relationships with a background in professional fundraising (events and digital campaigns ideal).
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and influence skills.
  • Creative and lateral thinking.
