Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a senior digital marketing professional to drive growth through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies across paid, socials and organic channels.
  • Oversight of campaign optimization, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, social media, display and programmatic.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Proven leadership, communication and project management abilities.
  • eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing experience.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

A strong understanding of MarTech stacks, CRM systems and certifications in platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads would be beneficial for this role.
