Job Overview:

The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving fundraising revenue growth through innovative online strategies.

This specialist will take ownership of the performance of our digital platforms, imagining, designing and building experiences that maximise supporter contributions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMS management and experience with online fundraising platforms.

They will also possess knowledge of payment systems and security best practices for online donations and charitable lotteries.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, combined with excellent communication and project management skills, is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be passionate about fundraising and committed to saving lives and creating a better community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the online experience for donors and lottery buyers, ensuring every touchpoint is optimised for a meaningful experience, creating retention and conversion.

2. Design and deliver campaign journeys that deliver on targets and deepen engagement.

3. Use insights and analysis to create and improve our supporter journeys online.

4. Manage and continuously improve the CMS integration to digital platforms, delivering high performing fundraising experiences across web, mobile and microsites.

5. Optimise donation forms, ticketing flows and supporter interfaces to optimise completion rates.

6. Oversee and maintain secure, high performing payment systems in collaboration with the Technology and Finance teams.

7. Use data to support improvement and innovation, drive smarter fundraising decisions, uncover opportunities, and lift performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in fundraising, marketing or related disciplines

Knowledge and Experience:

- Expertise in CMS management (Stack9 desirable) and experience with online fundraising platforms.

- Knowledge of payment systems and security best practices for online donations and charitable lotteries.

- Understanding of fundraising compliance and privacy regulations related to online systems.
