About the Opportunity

The LSU Controller position is a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational decision-making, accountable for business performance, financial management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of the LSU.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a defined service strategy and business model within the LSU to optimize performance.
  • Translate strategy into actionable business plans with measurable targets within LSU.
  • Oversee the overall business performance of LSU, monitoring progress and providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure effective implementation of risk management processes within LSU and adherence to global instructions and company regulations.
  • Promote initiatives to enhance Finance and Controlling processes within the LSU, ensuring compliance with global BU/HUB BU and company governance, regulations, policies, and instructions.
  • Foster transparency in financial reporting and disclosures by implementing robust internal controls within the LSU.
About You
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration and finance.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities, critical analysis, and in-depth knowledge of Finance and Controlling, Risk Management.
  • Exhibit operational experience in Finance and Controlling, Risk Management, and industry expertise within the energy sector.
