The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our collaborative Trade team in Huntingwood. As a key point of contact between Stratco and our customers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with assigned customers
  • Identify and develop new customers through effective cold calling and prospecting
  • Focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals
  • Work closely with team members and other business areas to achieve shared goals
  • Adhere to Stratco's critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong business building and prospecting skills
  • Estimating experience is highly valued
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience through enthusiasm, energy, and pace
