The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our collaborative Trade team in Huntingwood. As a key point of contact between Stratco and our customers, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships, identifying new customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers
  • Identify and develop new customers through cold calling and prospecting
  • Focus on growth of sales and revenue
  • Identify new product and market opportunities
  • Liaise with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals
  • Collaborate with team members and other business areas as required
  • Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
  • Action-oriented and effective communicator at all levels
  • Hands-on, self-driven, and practical with good technical ability
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent business building and prospecting skills
  • Estimating experience highly valued
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience
