About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Trade Sales team in Huntingwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies.
  • Liaise with the operations team to improve product design and customer service.
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other business areas to achieve sales targets.

About You

  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills.
  • Estimating experience would be highly valued.
