Mainfreight, a leading logistics company, is seeking an ambitious Sales Cadet to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various transport functions, including depot operations, administration, and customer service. With 12-18 months of 'hands-on' experience, you will gain valuable skills and knowledge that will enable you to transition into a customer-facing sales representative role.

As a Sales Cadet, you will be responsible for:

  • Spend time learning the business from the ground up
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Work closely with your fellow sales team members

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous sales experience (desired but not necessary)
  • Is self-motivated, driven, and eager to develop and succeed
  • Posesses strong written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Enjoys meeting and talking to people

We offer a competitive $50,000 - $60,000 per annum base salary, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Upon completion of the cadetship, you will receive a company car, mobile, and laptop.
