About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Associate to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Senior Change Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality change management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective change management strategies
  • Analyse business data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and coaching
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the change management process
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in change management, project delivery, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, organizational psychology, communications, or project management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
