About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our Change Management team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that impact thousands of people, driving business transformation, and delivering high-quality change interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective delivery of change solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate change management activities, developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximize adoption.
  • Provide change advice to delivery teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders, working as a key business partner and advisor.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments, reflecting an understanding of the impact of change on the business and associated people risks.
  • Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success.
  • Design and develop change collateral, such as presentations, training materials, communications, and reference materials.
  • Facilitate change workshops and support the facilitation of end-user training or upskilling of subject matter experts.
  • Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Proactive and autonomous approach to deliver outcomes.
  • Agile mindset and familiarity with agile practices.
  • Influential stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative approach and ability to communicate familiar material in new and original ways.
  • Proven experience in delivering technology change and communication strategies in large and complex environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in using communications and engagement tools, particularly Microsoft SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Viva Amplify.
