Senior Change Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Manager to join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that impact thousands of people, leveraging your agile mindset, creative thinking, and expertise in delivering high-quality change interventions.
Working closely with Product Owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders, you will develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful embedding of change. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of change solutions, working cross-functionally to achieve successful outcomes
- Facilitating change management activities, developing fit-for-purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximize change adoption
- Providing change advice to delivery teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders, working as a key business partner/advisor
- Conducting detailed change impact assessments, reflecting an understanding of the impact of change on the business and associated people risks
- Contributing to the development of change objectives and measures of success
- Designing and developing change collateral, facilitating change workshops, and supporting end-user training or upskilling of subject matter experts
- Transitioning change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress/adoption/sustainability
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous individual with an agile mindset, influential stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. If you have experience in delivering Technology change and communication strategies in large and complex environments, and knowledge of using communications and engagement tools, we encourage you to apply.
