About the Role

  • Conduct a comprehensive change impact assessment to understand and address the effects of change on various stakeholders and business processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement and commitment throughout the change process.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in change management within the financial services industry.
  • Experience dealing with difficult stakeholder groups and the ability to influence, engage and build trust.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale and complex change programs and projects at enterprise level.
  • Project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
