Senior Change Manager Opportunity

The Senior Change Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing change management strategies for a large-scale technology program at Lansonpartners. This exciting opportunity requires a seasoned professional to work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough change impact assessment to identify and address the effects of change on various stakeholders and business processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and commitment throughout the change process.
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear and consistent communication channels to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management within the financial services industry.
  • Experience dealing with complex stakeholder groups and the ability to influence, engage, and build trust.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale and complex change programs and projects at enterprise level.
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
